Hi there, I'm Brandy. The founder of Seeds Early Learning, a program that helps empower rural families with quality care in their own towns. I've been in the childcare and early education field for over 20 years now in various capacities including early childhood educator, director of preschool programs, and owner/operator of my own child care centers.
I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone and families have deep roots. While I'm proud to come from a place with such strong community ties, I recognized that it could also be a challenge to find quality care options close to home. That's why, when I moved back to my hometown in 2010, I made it my mission to start a child care facility that would not only be safe and well-maintained, but also filled with warm, caring teachers that provide attention to each child's needs.
It's a real privilege to be able offer high-quality care in the communities where we live and work. We're proud that our local families feel comfortable letting us take responsibility for their children, because it shows how much trust they have placed not just in us as professionals but also on an emotional level with each individual kid who walks through those doors!
We strive every day towards creating this kind of environment by hiring staff who are warm, caring professionals committed to high standards in early childhood education and providing engaging, developmentally appropriate programming.
