2.5-year olds are no longer just toddlers, they're young children with growing personalities. They need more individualized attention than their younger counterparts because of this newfound independence and continuing development into childhood skills like socializing! Our program provides an environment where students can engage in active play while improving language abilities as well as fine motor skill strengthening which will help them be better prepared for future endeavors both inside AND outside the classroom.
This is a critical time for our children as they learn how to interact with others and themselves. Children this age are learning what it means not only be an individual, but also to be part of a group. They're building the skills they'll need to succeed not only in school, but also social settings as well as during any future career they choose. We work together with parents and guardians to help our students learn about themselves and how to interact with others appropriately throughout their day. Our goal is to equip them with everything they need to become successful in the world around them!
This is also the time that our toddlers will learn new ideas that will prepare them for pre-school such as shapes, colors, letters, and numbers. Alongside these tangible lessons we reasoning, persistence, and recognizing patterns are also important skills that we encourage in your ever-evolving little one.
In a very short amount of time you will see your little baby grow into a competent and independent young child. We aim to create an environment that supports their movement, exploration, growing, and learning with love and respect.
